In partnership with BHSF our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) provides access to a range of confidential support services:

Core Services

• 24/7 telephone counselling and advice line
• 24/7 health and wellbeing advice and support
• 24/7 Critical incident advice and telephone support
• 24/7 counselling support for those with care responsibilities
• 24/7 telephone access to personal legal information and signposting
• 24/7 telephone access to personal financial/debt information and signposting
• An online portal and access to a range of self-help resources and CBT workbooks

GP Helpline

The GP Helpline provides employees with access to a range of medical services, including:

• 24/7 GP telephone consultation service – Access to a qualified practicing GP for consultation, advice, reassurance and guidance in and around a busy work schedule. Available 24 hours a day, 365 days per year, worldwide.

• eConsultations – Access to a virtual face to face consultation with a qualified practicing GP at a convenient time to suit the employee. Available 7 days a week, 8am to 10pm (excluding bank holidays).

• Private prescription service – Private prescription authorised by the doctor, alongside access to an online pharmacy, which arranges payment and delivery.
